Kyle Gautreaux

Kyle Gautreaux was born and raised in South Louisiana, with deep roots in Iberville and Ascension parishes. He comes from a family with a love for southern cuisine, giving him a fine-tuned insight to the culture of our restaurant. Kyle is a graduate of the Louisiana Culinary Institute with almost a decade of practice in both fast-paced and fine dining establishments. His resume’ includes experience at Fat Cow, Galatoire’s Bistro here in Baton Rouge, and management at Galvez Seafood in Gonzales. Kyle brings just the right mix of culinary talent, experience and local culture to our team, making him the ideal Executive Chef for Stab’s.
